Garlic & Lemon Tofu

In a large frying pan heat 4 tbsp Lemon, Garlic and rosemary oil and a pinch of red chilli flakes. Add 400g tofu cut into inch pieces and cook over high heat for 2-3 mins sealing all the sides until the outer edges are crispy. Turn onto a plate and garnish with lemon slices and sprinkle with chopped flat-leaf parsley.
