Dad and I have wanted for ages to make a Hot Chilli Sauce that tasted nice, not merely of acid and heat. It has taken me a while to invent this as sourcing the scorpion chillies is hard enough but then blending them with the Nagas, Ring of Fire and Scotch bonnets to produce a flavour that highlights these beautifully piquant chilli’s was tough as they are just astonishingly hot even for me. A little goes a very long way with this product as it really is hot so we have opted to put it in a realistically sized bottle and keep the price low rather than charging it out at the astronomic prices a lot of the scorpion chilli sauces are currently sold at. It is flavoured with mango and lime to complement the beautiful piquancy of these wonderful chillies and there is a hint of allspice and seasoning in the background which allows it to complement nearly all food types.

Produced in a kitchen that handles nuts & may contain traces of sulphates. All my products are made using ingredients that are free from dairy and gluten.
