My tomato mustard is that little bit mellower than its Feisty cousin; it has a lovely rich deep taste and really is a multifunctional cooks ingredient. I use it in my red wine sauces such as chasseur to add depth, but it also works brilliantly in salad dressings and sauces.
Ingredients: Wine Vinegar 40%, Black & Yellow Mustard 20%, Balsamic Vinegar 13%, Tomato Paste 9%, Sugar 5%, Salt 4%, Garlic 3%, Clove, Paprika, Pepper, Coriander.

Produced in a kitchen that handles nuts & may contain traces of sulphates. All my products are made using ingredients that are free from dairy and gluten.
